We follow the AFCC (American Fellowship of Cowboy Churches) Ministry Team Model because it creates a healthy, biblical, and practical way for the church to function—where everyone has a place to serve, and ministry doesn’t depend on one person doing everything.
Ministry teams exist to implement the church's specialized ministries. Each team has a clear function and responsibility that is assigned or approved by the Pastor and/or Elders.
